Your place is confirmed after you receive an online confirmation of participation and you paid the registration fees in due time.

Cancellation policy:

Registration fees are not refundable. You may substitute a colleague from your company at any time provided that he or she fits the profile of participant and by submitting a written request for substitution to the event organizer.
